Refund Policy

(1) All Clients of MBCRO can take advantage of our 30 days money back guarantee, and the:

1.1 Service is cancelled within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of its order.

1.2 Service cancellation is immediate.

1.3 Support ticket is opened after cancellation is submitted.

1.4 Invoice was paid by PayPal or Credit Card.

(2) Conditions under which 30 days money back guarantee does not apply:

2.1 The Service was terminated due to a violation of the Terms of service.

2.2 The Service was white-labeled.

2.3 The 30 days money back guarantee only applies to Shared Hosting, Reseller Hosting, Software Monthly Plan.

(3) The 30 days money back guarantee does not apply for:

VPS & Dedicated Servers, IP addresses, licenses, add funds transactions and other one-time payments

(4) All refunds are processed within 3 business days.
